Introducing Vice Chancellor

Overview

Identifying the mission of university as to promote monotheistic insights as well as to bring spirituality and moral virtues to manifestation, the Vice-Chancellor for Student and Cultural Affairs of Jahrom University pursues the development and tap into the talents and potentials and the enhancement of the students' awareness towards human dignity and Islamic values through providing the suitable groundwork. Moreover, by improving the quality of the welfare services and with the prospect of promoting the students' health condition both qualitatively and quantitatively, the Vice-Chancellor attempts to provide the ground for this goal. On the other hand, it provides the proper ground for the participation of the students in various religious and cultural affairs. Furthermore, by maintaining a healthy environment from material, mental and spiritual perspectives as well as through the development of cultural activities regarding the principles of correct faith and a beautiful and attractive atmosphere, the Vice-chancellor attempts to provide a lively and vibrant environment for the education and training of efficient, committed and entrepreneur human resources as well as to promote the religious and revolutionary culture among the students.
The student field of the university is one of the most important and active fields in the university, which implements the policies and policies of the university in the field of student welfare services, planning, monitoring and implementing various programs in order to provide better cultural and welfare services to students. Including health, health, nutrition, dormitory, loans, insurance, service centers, transportation service, sports, treatment and counseling to Iranian and non-Iranian students and, as appropriate, to other respected academic groups (faculty and Employees) and other missions inside and outside the organization that are assigned at the discretion of the responsible authorities through the relevant organizational units with a description of specific tasks and having an organizational structure to perform the assigned tasks.
The cultural and social section of the university focuses its efforts on creating a proper ground for meeting the cultural, religious and social needs of the students, professors and staff and strives to act in accordance of the necessity of scientific, cultural, social and religious promotion and expansion in the academic environment.
