The Faculty of Engineering was established in 2007. Currently, it has 12 faculty members and more than 700 students in the four fields of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computational Technology Engineering. One of the main goals of this faculty is defined as to scientifically solve the local, regional and national business problems through signing contracts with different industries in the vast province of Fars. Considering the needs of labor market and the society, it has prioritized the training of professional, creative and entrepreneurial students through offering educational and research opportunities. Accordingly, the observation and monitoring of the status of the graduated students in the last ten years has promised the employment of over 90% of the graduates in the labor market.
