As one of the first majors offered at Jahrom University, Computer Engineering uses the potentials and capabilities of its elite faculty members, appropriate and developing infrastructure, as well as talented and active students to educate creative, entrepreneurial and skilled students in accordance to the needs of job market and the society. In this regards, the department has attained remarkable success. As an example, the observation of graduates in this field in the last decade shows 100% of employment in the labor market. The establishment of a specialized APA laboratory in cooperation with the Information Technology Organization, the establishment of a social network analysis center, as well as the establishment of a machine vision center, all indicate that the faculty members of this field are determined to communicate more with the industry and solve its problems. They have a special interest.
