Overview
The Vice-Chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs has a number of subordinates such as the Management for Administrative and Support affairs, the Management for Financial Affairs, the Supervision Group for Developmental Projects and the Group for Legal Affairs, Contracts and Complaints.
In order to attain the goals of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the Vice-Chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for the establishment of the system for administrative affairs, supervising the accurate execution of administrative and financial rules and regulations, as well as laying the foundation for the attainment of the goals of the university and the higher education system.
Considering duties and responsibilities, the Vice-Chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs is regarded as one of the most important pillars of any organization. The Vice-Chancellor has always endeavored to establish a groundwork for the advancement of the educational, research and cultural goals. Moreover, it has made a significant contribution to the growth and prosperity of different sections of the university through the provision of fund and credit in the direction of financial and welfare needs of the faculty, staff and students.
